The first few attempts have

The first few attempts have been disappointing. I\'m not sure if I\'m getting prostate stimulation, and the perineum knob isn\'t at all pleasant. It just pokes. It feels annoying until the moment right before orgasm ... then, when I come, it makes orgasm 100 times better. I don\'t get it, but I suppose I\'ll keep using it.
