This toy has generated complaints. We think that they are unfair and made by people that didn't read the product description, but we can let you judge. You see, the Hitachi Magic Wand Plus is a plug-in vibrator. That means you need to plug it into the wall. It is not rechargeable, not cordless. We think the description is quite clear about this. But people buy it and then write to us to ask how to charge it. So they leave a bad review for a great vibrator.
